To pre-register your new secure login, you need:
- Your RemServ account email address
- A new password
- Your mobile number

Setting up your email and password
Usernames will need the personal email address specifically used by your RemServ account - the same email account that pointed you to this webpage. If you want to change it, go to the menu of your current app or private website, select "Profile", "Communications email address" and update. It needs to be unique and yours alone - not shared with anyone else. Simply update your RemServ account email address to a personal and unshared email address first.
If you’re ready to go with your RemServ account personal email address, open the website or app home screen, click, "Register", then "Get Started".
- Enter the email address used for your RemServ account and choose "Send One Time Passcode"
- Check the email account you used to find the six digit passcode, enter it into the My RemServ registration screen and choose "Verify code"
- Enter a secure password that meets requirements, confirm, and select "Next"
Setting up your mobile
- Enter your mobile phone number and choose "Send One Time Passcode"
- Check your mobile’s SMS messages to find the six digit passcode, enter it into the My RemServ pre-registration screen and select "Verify code"
